Happy Halloween!

Happy Late Halloween Everyone!  This week has been a busy one.  My mom was here in Athens helping until last Monday and Justin's mom came to help on Monday evening.  Justin and I feel so very luck to have such supportive moms!  We are totally indebted to them!!!

Last weekend Miriam received her first bath:

Although she looks like she doesn't like the bath in this picture she actually likes it a lot better that the sponge baths we have been giving her previously.

Miriam is doing pretty well but is still quite fussy between some of her feedings....we think that she has gas and so we are trying everything we can to get her to get some of that air expelled either through the mouth or through the rear.  I never thought I would be so happy to hear a baby fart in my life.

When Miriam gets hungry she wants to suck anything and everything.  As a joke last week I let her suck on my chin and I paid the price because I received several hickeys.  I now know why my nipples have been aching.  She has got some force in that suck! 

On Thursday Ann and I drove to Atlanta and had lunch with Justin and then went shopping for some clothes for Mira.  She is finally getting big enough to fit into newborn clothes instead of premie clothes. 

We celebrated Halloween by going out to the Last Resort (all the kiddies are out of town at the Georgia/Florida game in Jacksonville) and then heading over to John & Josette's with Mira to show her off.  Halloween is our favorite holiday...Justin and I met at a Halloween party.

Mira's little shirt says "I love my Mummy."  She was obviously not too happy to have her picture taken!
