Rach and Miriam are doing well on this second day of life. Miriam eats well, and is filling the landfills at an alarming rate (this rate is supposedly gonna increase at least two fold). Rach and I have taken a few walks with miriam today, and the grandfolks will probably arrive tomorrow.
I'll take a moment to describe Rachael's surprise at having a girl. Since we found out she was pregnant, Rach has believed that she was going to have a boy. This is in spite of the fact that I kept telling her it would be a girl. After Miriam was in Rach's arms, Rach told me she couldn't believe it was a girl.
In the middle picture, Miriam had her first visitor, Uncle Viking John and aunt vicette Josette (middle picture). Later in the day, Sohail and Kathy stopped by but I missed their visit.
