Miriam Elise Widener arrived at 10:27 am on 10/9/08. Rach was scheduled to be induced today, but then we pushed the induction back a week. We forgot to tell Miriam. She's a beautiful 6lb 6oz, 19in long baby girl. Both Babe and Mom are doing well and resting. My perspective on childbirth has changed, and I'm in awe of Rach. Miriam looks forward to meeting y'all.

What proud looking parents. The grandparents are proud of mom and dad. Good Job. Well done. We can't wait to come and see you. Rachael, you look great and Justin. I don't know if I have ever seen a more pleased looking dad. Take Care.

Sophie still says that you should call her Sophie. She's definitely against Miriam. Or now it could still call her Miriam Sophie. "that's a great name for a baby."
