Rach, Miriam, and I have been home for three nights now. The grandparents showed up on Saturday and they got to meet thier newest grandbaby for the first time. It was great having them here and we can't wait for them to come back (in a week). Marsha and John and Ann are going to visit sequentially so that Rach has company when I first go back to work.
The first was really rough, but since then they have not been as bad. Rach is a trooper, and since Miriam has her days and nights confused, Mira has been insatiable from sundown to sunup. Needless to say, Rach is exhausted. She spends most of her time exactly as she is in the above photo, in the chair, with dogs on either side of the chair, and Mira in her lap.
