I saw a bunch of "sensory tubs" on some of the mom blogs that I follow, so I decided to make a few for my girls. In the works are an Easter tub, a garden tub, and a spring tub. Last weekend I put together this St. Patrick's Day tub. They had lots of fun. It was hard to contain the rice, but I think that I learned to be pretty okay with the mess. I just made sure that the broom was nearby!
Obviously the theme is green. With rice and scoops and spoon for pouring. I also threw in some little green puffs, pipe cleaners, play doh, a clover cookie cutter, some coins, some plastic clovers, and a rainbow bow.

Mira had a good time too. She pretended the tablecloth was the ocean and Ceci did a lot of watching of her at first too
