I had a splendid birthday weekend--and I'm ready to do it again! My co-workers bought me a yummy cake from The Grit and Justin remembered to pick up a Cecilia's mint chocolate chip cake. I am going to be packing on those pounds as Cecilia isn't such a big milk-drinker anymore!
Saturday was busy with the consignment sale (made just over $200 and spent about $70) and a birthday party for our 2-year old neighbor Nina. The Guidrys were kind enough to care for the girls so that Jusin and I could go to Shiraz for a Rose tasting (delish!). We capped the night off with a pizza dinner (no dishes!), more cake after the girls went to bed, and a chick flick.
Sunday Justin had his triathalon. He did GREAT! I am so proud of him! Unfortunately Ceci decided that she wasn't going to sleep well, which meant neither of us slept well either. The rest of the day was spent with the same-old same-old catching up. I am busy planning both girls birthday parties. Obsessed, in fact. I'm sure I'll be writing lots about it soon!
Breakfast for the first time with both girls at the table together!
