Independence Day 2011

Omie came to visit us this Independence Day weekend! Unfortunately we did not get any pictures of her with the kiddos! She had a horrible trip down (she and Justin arrived at home at 5:15am on Friday morning) but hopefully that will not deter her from coming to visit again soon!

Saturday we had a cookout at our house, Sunday we dropped Omie off at the airport and did some Atlanta-based errands/exploring (DSW, International Farmer's Market, and Cheesecake Factory!) and Monday we went to the Sunflower Festival in Rutledge, Georgia. I love 3-day weekends!

She was nice enough to share with Ceci. We NEVER would have given Mira sugary ice water. I guess you get more laid back with the second kiddo. It was just so hot that I thought she would really love it.
