Happy 7-month birthday Miriam! I know I sound like a broken record, but I can't believe it has been 7 months! Mira is now babbling a lot (ba-ba-ba, ga-ga-ga, da-da-da) and eating all sorts of foods. The only thing she really doesn't like is avocado. She has been slowing a bit on her food intake, though. She has gotten her second tooth and I think that maybe the reason she isn't too hungry (and a little grumpy) is because the top teeth are starting to come in. She can now roll from both back to front and front to back, but it is harder for her to go from front to back. Thus, she often gets stuck on her tummy while in her crib and cries. It is actually quite funny to see the positions she ends up in when we come enter her room in the morning!
This week seemed VERY long. Justin and I had to do the tag-daycare thing on Monday and Tuesday because our babysitter had a family emergency and had to go out of town. I am certainly happy the week is over! Today was a great day; we went strawberry picking and then came home and had homemade guacamole and strawberry margaritas!

Last weekend Justin was sweet enough to bring me this stunning cake! It was very yummy as well as beautiful. I am one lucky lady!
