I have started to "follow" lots of other blogs. Between that and Pinterest I want to be independently wealthy so I can spend all my time doing things like making bows and cooking gourmet meals and learning to sew. Oh well. I guess I could do that now, but something would have to give. Like sleep. I stayed up until 11:30pm (GASP!) working on bows on Saturday night. I also felt the urge to make the girls egg salad for lunches this week (when PB&J would have been fine, and probably preferred!).
Ceci moved to a bed on Friday night. It has been a challenge so far. Not such a smart move to make as on Saturday Justin left for Brazil. So, I have had my hands full trying to keep her in bed, and settled in bed.
I can't remember where this was, but she had fun!
I think this was one of several recent trips to the blueberry patch
Vivi's 5th B-day party. Interesting to see how M interacts with the other kids. Here is is pulling a string from a pinata. Whatever happened to the stick?
Here M is collecting candy and showing it to (not sharing it with) Ceci
The best part of the party is always the cake
Presents galore
M with the other kids, taking it all in
Ceci was determined to rollerskate. Note she has removed a shoe.
Now she is trying to get her foot in the skate!
Once again, a ham
Finger sucker. Still. It even hurts her.
Blackberry picking. The hat stayed on about 1 minute.

We were lucky enough to be invited to 3 pool parties in about 5 days. By the third one I had realized that I needed some help and we bought some neat life-jacket floatie type things from Target. WHY HAD I NEVER BOUGHT THESE BEFORE? I could actually be in the water and NOT have to hold onto the girls!
Ceci was mad at me--I can't remember why--and I thought it would be sort of funny to take this picture.
Both M and C went down the BIG slide! M unassisted!
Yea!
Daredevil #2
So, we pulled the trigger with the driveway. They came to do some demolition on Tuesday and then left. Don't really know when they are coming back as it is always "tomorrow." But, they left the Bobcat, which is exciting for the little ones.
