Busy times this past week and ahead! Saturday was 3 holiday parties and we had a blast at all of them--Mira's school party, the Hajduk holiday party, and the Merial holiday party. The Merial party was especially fun because it was black tie. I need a reason to get out of my sweats and workout clothes these days, and that was a good one! Yesterday we had parties at Mira's school and a Rotary party. WHEW!
Tomorrow the girls and I leave for Minnesota. Hopefully Justin can get a gate pass so he can help us through security!
Today I went and visited the infant room where Cecilia will be going on January 4, and I feel much better. The last few weeks the prospect of leaving my little one has been hanging like a dark cloud over my head. Miss Patti took such good care of Mira, and I know Cecilia will love her too.
Mira was much more interested in eating than decorating the gingerbread man!
